    5 smiles Wonderful Hotel!
    We went their for girlfriends weekend and it was awesome! Walking distance to everything! help was great, hot cookies were yummy. spotless rooms! Will definitely go back and stay again! No rental car needed!

    We cannot say enough great things about this property...the location was great, front desk personnel were extremely friendly and this property is in the heart of everything! The hotel rooms were spotless! We will definately be back again!
    3 smiles Weekend Getaway
    Concierge was great. Location was excellent for Historic district viewing. Never found "free Parking" or "hair dryer". Voice Mail kicked in after 2 rings which we never managed to short circuit. Jacuzzi in suite required a gymnast or someone taller than me to get out of easily. Were frightened one night when turn down service dropped a cigarette in middle of carpet and turned on TV in bedroom of suite. Would probably try another hotel next time.

    we loved the location, walking distance to almost everything. Leroy stanley, the concierge, was awsome, helpful and friendly. Rooms were gorgeous, we will definitely be back.

  • not so hot - Hotel is located at heart of Bay St / River St tourist stuff, with on-site parking. Unfortunately, 4th of July weekend brought a spring break mentality to Savannah, and this property in particular...l . . .
  • Skip this one.. - We had scalding hot water in the tub even when the faucet was turned to cold and it was a handicapped rm. filthy, musty, and toilet ran constant. With all the nice places to stay in Sav, go somewhere . . .
  • terrible hotel - everyone employed at this property was terribly rude. the lobby was the onlything spotless in the property. they refused to give us water glasses, utensils, and would not allow us to park in the hotel . . .
